Chicken Curry

For 4 people


  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 to 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • Sliced button mushrooms (optional)
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Oil
  • 1.5 yellow onion
  • Salt
  • Peper



Slice the onions and dice the chicken breasts.
Slightly brown the onions in a little oil, sear the chicken over high heat and cook for 20/30 minutes over low heat, add salt and pepper.
Add the mushrooms if desired.


At the end of cooking add the spoons of curry powder, cook 5/10 minutes over low heat.
Add the creme fraiche. Mix without boiling.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with parsley.


Serve with white rice or fresh pasta.
For those who want a lighter recipe, cut the creme fraiche with milk.

Chocolate banana with chocolate

For 1 person


  • 1 banana
  • 4 squares of chocolate or a praline rock


STEP 1 Preheat my oven th.6 (180C).
STEP 2 Split the top of a banana lengthwise.
STEP 3 Place the chocolate squares in the banana.
STEP 4 Wrap it in aluminum foil.
STEP 5 Bake for 5 minutes, checking the baking to ensure that the chocolate does not burn.
